Is there a way to file for bankruptcy without your name being in the newspaper?

The gazette so as to your creditors that they do not see the trustee but some of them by.

Not all newspapers publish bankrupcy fillings. But if yours does, there isn’t anything you can do about it - filing for bankrupcy is public record.
