dustincrutcher asked:

I have a lot of debt and need to file bankruptcy, but don’t want my name in the paper. Is there a way to not get it in my local newspaper?

Not all newspapers publish bankrupcy fillings. But if yours does, there isn’t anything you can do about it - filing for bankrupcy is public record.
