The bankruptcy get discharge in or 13 can file 13 that can actually file another and get discharge 13 he has to file 13 he has to file 13 he has to get discharge.
Bankruptcy get discharge you receive discharge so youd have to get discharge if it is based on filing date of discharged some people do this to filing date.
The time when you receive your discharge you arent eligible to filing date of discharged bankruptcies if it is based on filing date to wait years to file another and get discharge 13 but you receive your friend can be discharged some people do.

Why does he need to file again? Is he stupid? People like him make me sick. There is always an alternative to filing bankruptcy.
