We are in need of a new car, but when we stopped by to talk with the finance manager at a car lot he said we would have to wait 6 months before any of the banks would touch us. Is this true? I found several record of bankruptcy in a person’s sivil record. One was made in 2003 and other was made in 2008, and the liable amounts were rather small like $500, $800 or so. I was surprised to know that a person can be accused again and again for bankruptcy in a short period. Is it leagally possible? What situations can be considered? Doctor bill?
